I join this site as a free member.I pay through PayPal to upgrade to a silver
member.A confirmation email was posted to me that ok-usd except my money
for this upgrade.The date 6 Sept. 2007. I reach my minimum payout target for upgraded members and request payout.That was 70 days ago. They sent me a email telling me they dont pay free members.Now what happen to my Upgrade money? I also try to contact them several times but they refuse
to reply. Another BIG SCAMMER?
